My lucky day as a walkin w/o appt. I was ready. I expressed that I was going through a vertigo episode, spinning like a top. She understood, was helpful and made sure I was comfortable during the piercing process. Pleased with her patience, kindness and how I was made to feel as a valued customer. I will return for to check-in on my healing process in a few wks.
