  Arrived at 6:20 PM and even though sign and website say walk-ins welcomed they said they could not accommodate as it appeared they had one child for a piercing before us. Sadly, I couldn’t return, but I had taken a cab thinking they would be able to accommodate the walk-in as it is promoted.

  We had an excellent experience for my daughter’s first piercing. McKenzie was friendly and explained the process well, and we felt at ease. After care was explained well and the pillow is so great for new piercing. My daughter didn’t feel well at one point, and was treated with care and compassion by everyone there. We were very happy with this experience and will return in the future.

  I brought my daughter here today for her very first ear piercing, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The man who did the piercing pierced her ears asymmetrically, which is especially upsetting because this was her first piercing and something that should have been done with extra care and attention. The overall experience at the salon was also poor. The staff were not welcoming, warm, or caring at all. Everything felt rushed—like you come in, they spend five minutes doing the piercing, and then it’s basically “goodbye.” There was no effort to make us feel comfortable or to make the experience special for a child getting her ears pierced for the first time. I expected much more professionalism, attention to detail, and care. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for a child’s first piercing.

  We took our 10 month old baby girl to get pieced at this location and had a 10/10 experience. Kaide talked us through the entire process, helped us pick out jewelry, showed my husband how to properly hold our daughter during the piercing so that all would go smoothly. Kaide was so patient and kind and our daughter barely cried! I would highly recommend going to this location and seeing Kaide! Thank you so much!

  I got a second piercing on my lobe at Rowan’s. My first piercing I got when I was very young so I don’t remember. I was very worried it would hurt or that something would go wrong, but the staff were very kind and helped me feel comfortable and safe. There is a variety of earrings to choose from and they are all rlly cute! The woman who did my piercing made sure that I was ok with everything before she did anything. After I got the piercing I was given a spray and clear instructions on aftercare. I will be coming back for future piercings!
