  I have to say , I have been coming to Nordstrom Beauty Haven ever since it opened, that was back in 2019! I have been going ever since for Specifically my manicures & my pedicures. for b out $114 I can get a BOTH services done! I have never had an unpleasant nor unprofessional experience. Especially with all my all time favorite manicurist & pedicurist Blanca Barcho! she's incredibly talented, sweet & just an over all lovely person. Having that said, I have created this incredibly beautiful bond with her and the staff at Beauty haven! Im so grateful that Nordstrom decided to introduce these as a more convenient way to get things done while I shop! Even if I am in another country as I travel a lot, I always wait to see blanca as I like to call her " my nail girl". There is this just welcoming atmosphere that I can always feel comfortable walking upstairs to get some work done too! I made the mistake of going to another nail salon that I had no idea or business going to. The damage was so bad that my nails were all incredibly bruised so, I learned my lesson and stuck to the talented and gentle hands of Blanca. she's makes the mood feel so loving and just so nurturing. shes the type to lend an ear and just be there. someone I can always count on and feel pampered! Thank you for hiring her!

  The person who answers the phone , and it may be AI, is the rudest most incompetent I’ve seen. Complete waste of time having her answer. Sent me to the same extension that rang and rang and when I said don’t send me there again. She was rude

  Unfortunately the experience has gone downhill at the nail salon here. Prices have gone up with far more limited selection and the front desk was very dismissive about it and didn't give a heads up about the pricing changes when the appointment was made. The techs are still great, but it just doesn't feel worth it to come any more

  I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Haven in NYC for a facial with Susan. She was so professional and accommodating for all my needs. It was my 1st facial and the experience was great and my face never felt so smooth, and vibrate than ever ! I highly recommend Susan for all your facial expectations !! 10/10
