I thought a return had been lost by the carrier, but the rep did some research and found the actual FedEx number was from the return label and not the RMA. The return was signed for just an hour or two ago, and my refund will be processed today. She did extra research on her own to find the correct tracking number and I’m so grateful.

I wanted to leave a review to highlight the online customer service team, who provide outstanding support and are extremely professional. About a year ago I went in for one Maria Tash earring and thanks to Niki‘s wonderful eye and expert placement suggestions it turned into many, many more. Niki is warm, friendly professional, and makes every piercing experience, comfortable and easy. I barely felt my first one. She has completely earned my trust and she is the only person that I’ll let pierce my ears. Nordstrom is lucky to have her. Highly recommend!

Damon was so helpful and pointed me in the right direction for what I wanted, and showed me all of the earring options for after my piercings healed. Damon's personal style is superb so I knew I was in good hands. We waited just a bit for Ashley to be available for the piercings. Ashley explained what was going to happen, she talked me through the reasons for specific placements of piercings, and is a really kind and calm human. Her steady voice guided the few minutes it took to do the piercings, and a few pinches later I had two new diamond studs. I'm already thinking about adding an additional diamond stud to my collection. Will be back for sure.

Are your earrings sold as singles or pairs?
Maria Tash jewelry is sold as singles unless otherwise stated. To order a pair, please add two of the items to your cart. Our large earrings are the only items we sell in pairs. These items are pictured as a pair and the product description also states that they’re sold as a pair.
What size jewelry works best for me?
Our experience involves you pairing one-on-one with our stylists to completely guide you through your styling and piercing. There are multiple sizes to our jewelry, but our team will make sure that you are properly sized and confident.
What is the difference between a threaded and traditional stud?
Threaded backings use a screw-on/off design that makes the earring stay more securely in the ear. This is our standard style of jewelry. A traditional backing is also available. This is the traditional style of earring where you have a butterfly back that is separate and pushes onto the post to hold the jewelry in place.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Appointments are available for piercings but walk-ins are always welcome. Appointments are not required for fittings and installs or purchasing jewelry.
Can I be pierced with my own jewelry?
Due to sterilization needs, we do not pierce with jewelry that is not Maria Tash. The best selections from our full collection will be available for styling and piercing. Our styles come in white, yellow, rose, and black gold. You're welcome to bring in your existing Maria Tash pieces and consult with a piercer to see if it can be used for an initial piercing.
How many piercings can I get in one session?
We recommend up to four piercings per session, but this is dependent on the piercings you are thinking about and your anatomy. Our stylists and piercers can best consult with you during your visit.
Can I be pierced if I am under 18?
Yes, please see piercing services page for each Maria Tash location. You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and you both must bring ID with you. If the parent/legal guardian and child have different surnames, we require further identification to confirm guardianship i.e. a birth certificate. Earlobe piercing may be done at 5 years of age and up, cartilage piercing at 16 years and up.
Do you pierce with a needle or a piercing gun?
All of our piercings are made with single use sterile needles rather than piercing guns. We do not use piercing guns as they are not very accurate and cannot be properly sterilized.
