  I had a disappointing experience at this store. The staff member seemed very unfriendly and did not respond when I said “Hi” or “Thank you.” I understand everyone can have a bad day, but basic courtesy goes a long way in retail. The interaction made me feel unwelcome, and it left a negative impression of the store.

  Very macho and intimidating energy in the shop by the staff. As soon as I entered I've been "welcomed" by a harsh and stark "hey dude!" by an employee with a very masculine energy, soon after and without saying anything I realised there were three of them which followed each of my step and intrude me with another "hey mate!". I am a very feminine looking person with a feminine energy and I felt not only misgendered but intimidated. You should train your employee to better treat transgender costumers and do not jump into conclusions by their own assumptions and also I suggest you diversify your staff other than muscular white dudes shouting hey mate! to anyone with short hair and an adam apple.
