  I originally came in just to buy my favorite MAC powder. As usual, that plan lasted about five minutes. Every time I visit a MAC store, I end up discovering something new to fall in love with. I came for one product and left with eyeshadows, a lipstick, a lip gloss, and a few new favorites I didn’t even know I needed. What keeps bringing me back isn’t just the makeup. It’s the people. Everyone is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help you find products you’ll love. One of the artists suggested a shade I probably wouldn’t have picked myself, and of course I ended up buying it because it was beautiful. As a transgender woman, finding places where I feel comfortable, respected, and able to simply be myself means a lot. I’ve always felt welcome here. This store always feels friendly, comfortable, and safe. I can ask questions, try new things, and enjoy the experience without feeling judged. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm atmosphere and for helping me spend way more money than I planned.

  This was my first experience at MAC, and I booked a makeup session with Juju. She provided exceptional service, was very attentive, and offered valuable makeup tips and techniques throughout the appointment. My makeup turned out beautifully, and I was extremely pleased with the results. I will definitely return for future events and services.
