  I had an amazing experience with Akischa at MAC! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and valued. She brought such a fun and positive energy, had us laughing the entire time, and made the experience feel personal rather than just another makeup appointment. What impressed me most was her expertise in matching our skin tones. As Black women, it can sometimes be difficult to find the perfect shade match, but Akischa absolutely nailed it. She took the time to understand our undertones and matched us flawlessly. She also taught us new makeup tips and techniques that we can actually use in our everyday routines. Her knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made this one of the best beauty experiences I've had. If you're looking for someone who truly knows makeup, especially for deeper skin tones, and makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish, I highly recommend Akischa!

  First of all I need to shout out Kevin for the amazing artistry that he does. Kevin did my mother‘s make up for her birthday so beautifully and on such a short notice. I called the Mac store in hopes that there would be some type of availability and Kevin answered the phone and made it happen. Upon entering Mac, Kevin accommodated myself and my family. He asked what type of look we were going for and we showed him and he delivered. Interesting fact: Kevin was a former makeup artist for Naomi Campbell! The service was amazing and all of the staff were genuine and friendly. I would definitely go back to that Mac store and I would highly recommend booking their artists, they know what they are doing and are very talented in what they do. Thank you again Kevin!

  I came here yesterday to buy new makeup and this blonde saleslady was so rude to me. She kept giving me attitude and leaving without helping. For the two minutes she stayed to “help” me, the way she talked to me was so rude and condescending. Then at the register she tries telling the kind salesperson who asked if anyone helped me today to put her down as the salesperson even though I told her nobody helped. I’m not sure what her name was but I would never come here again to buy makeup. Almost dropped everything and went to Sephora right across the street instead.
