  I have never been to a store where everyone was genuinely friendly! I came on a Saturday and I spoke with three people. Even though they were extremely busy and I wasn't purchasing a lot of cosmetics the staff spend time with me and also just had casual conversations with me. it litterally was one of the best experiences I've had at a retail store.

  Hello! I had my makeup done for my birthday today at Mac SoHo. I believe the person who did my makeup was Frank ( I’ve ad a few drinks since it’s my bday so I apologize if I made a mistake with his name). It was PERFECT. I wanted glam and portions to look like me. I wanted the eyes to be the center of it. I want something with a fun statement and I feel stunning. I was giggling the whole time. His coworkers even were a delight and were welcoming and amazing. I just wish I had his ig to share photos from today.

  Rachel Nutter is amaze!!!! She helped me identify my undertone and educated me on M.A.C terminology. NW=Rosy undertone =Warm Undertone. NC=Golden undertone =“Cool undertone”. She is also very knowledgeable on good products for oily skin (I am SUPER oily and finding right products is HARD, but MAC specializes in oily friendly makeup I assume) I went there to return some products but ended up wanting to buy 5+ more. Can’t wait to get them! I told her about my bad experience at a Sephora because they are not attentive to their customers AT ALL. So having Rachel there to be so kind and informative to my needs especially as a Black girl, KUDOS.

  Absolutely amazing experience at the MAC SOHO store for my bachelorette group makeup lesson! From the start, Kenzie made planning effortless with her enthusiasm, organization, and excellent communication. Rachel led our group of nine during an incredibly busy day and absolutely exceeded our expectations. She gave personalized instruction, answered everyone's questions, and made the lesson fun, engaging, and easy to follow. I wanted to learn how to do my own bridal makeup, and I left feeling confident I can recreate my wedding look myself. None of us were MAC customers before this experience, but every single one of us left with new products, new skills, and a genuine appreciation for the brand. Huge thanks to Kenzie and Rachel for making this one of the highlights of my bachelorette weekend. I can't recommend the MAC SOHO team enough!
