  It was our first time in the store, we bought a massage bar soap thing, I simply went up to the cashier two girls who were busy with their laptops, I asked them how do I use it? They said melt it in your hands or melt it in your body. I obviously didn’t know much so I asked how do I melt it? Should i microwave it for while or? And they laughed! They responded me very rudely and almost trying to make me sound dumb. Overall we bought the massage bar but never going back. Manager should teach some manners to them.

  The staff in here are so amazing friendly and helpful! Especially the two lovely people who helped me Courtney and Kiara! I came in with some specific needs and Courtney was super helpful, offering me different things that would help! Kiara was amazing and cut me some soap samples, and helped me with anything else I needed while in store!!!! Thank you and props to you guys!!!! I’ll be in again soon!!!

  Today I visited the Lush location on Broadway, and I have to recognize Courtney for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I came in looking for a massage bar, and Courtney took the time to walk me through every single option, explaining the benefits of each one before I made my decision. She even did skin tests with me to make sure I found the product that was the best fit. At no point did I feel rushed—she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. What stood out the most was her attitude. These days, it’s easy to come across people who are simply working to get through their shift, but Courtney was the complete opposite. She was warm, patient, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about helping me. Her customer service was impeccable, and she made me feel confident about every product I purchased. Lush is fortunate to have someone like Courtney on their team. She reminded me what exceptional customer service looks like, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Courtney, for making my shopping experience such a memorable one!
