  This store is a savior! after being accosted by this other store down the hall that were aggressive trying to sell me some crap, I went to L’Occitane to wash it off! The manager was so kind, sat me down and helped me figure out what my skin needed and it was amazing! She saved my day. Her name was Jill and I will be back!

  Was in the area today meeting someone for lunch and while walking by this location the employees (a man and a woman) were heckling people to get their attention. It was rude and not what I would expect coming from this brand. It was giving beggar vibes. Your products should speak for themselves, if you have to yell and make a scene to get people to come in your storefront then your products aren’t worth the shelf space. Do better, you work at L’Occitane en Providence not the in the streets. It was embarrassing to watch. Definitely gave me the ick.

  Don't bother ordering from the website! It's been 48 hours and the order is still in processing. I paid for expedited shipping and there's no guarantee I'll get it by the date needed. I was better off ordering from Sephora, what a waste!

  Shari helped me and my friend pick out gifts for a coworker. She was kind, patient, and so informative. I really appreciated her professionalism and would absolutely come back to shop because of her.
