  We both received $10 off of a purchase $25+ from the pop up event. I used my reward to buy a product. My friend took some time to decide what to purchase. So, she used her reward later than me. When we asked if we could use my friend’s reward, the employee decided to make a condescending remark. She said something along the lines of how normally, since we used this reward before, the discount wouldn’t apply. But, she will still honor it this one time. It was an extremely rude and passive aggressive interaction. I used my $10 discount on my card. My friend wanted to use her $10 discount on her card (a separate one). So, we have no idea why this employee would even say this. She was a short, south east asian employee with a ponytail. Please train your staff to avoid making these remarks. We believe her remark was racially charged as she may have confused us with another Indian girl. Next time you have an event, please make sure your employees don’t mistake every single Indian girl with another Indian girl.

  This store is so wonderful. I went for the pop up and Amiya was so helpful and kind!! The best worker!! Everyone was so sweet there, but she takes the cake!!🎂 She helped all three of my friends as well! Promote her!!!! She’ll hold it down!

  Appena arrivate avevamo solo due persone davanti a noi, ma dopo poco si è creata una bella fila. Una ragazza che lavora lì ci ha fatto entrare ed è stato davvero come entrare in paradiso. Il negozio è stupendo e ci sono tantissime attività da fare: una zona skincare con dei lavandini che si possono utilizzare, angoli super carini per fare foto e tanti stand dove poter provare praticamente tutto. Anche il sistema per acquistare è particolare: le casse sono separate dal negozio e, per comprare, basta chiedere a un ragazzo che lavora lì cosa si vuole prendere e lui prepara il tuo ordine. Un’esperienza davvero bellissima, anche solo per visitare il negozio! ✨

  I’ve had a really good experience with Glossier. I like the simple packaging, product selection, and the overall quality. The website is easy to use and the products feel thoughtfully designed. I’m giving 4 stars because I think there’s still some room for improvement in pricing and a few product options. Overall, a great beauty brand that I would consider buying from again.
