  The customer service at this Chanel store is exceptional! I have to particularly give a huge shout out to Dianne, the manager of the store, who was so incredibly helpful and lovely today, and I only bought a concealer. She gave me the time and attention I would have thought a high end store like Chanel would only give a customer who was spending a lot more than I did. Dianne’s professionalism, knowledge, and generosity of spirit made a huge impression on me, and I will only get whatever I need from Chanel at this store from now on! Thank you so much, Dianne- you rock!

  Natalia did my makeup yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best looks I’ve ever had. She has an amazing eye — everything felt elevated, polished. Beyond her talent, she was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. She made the whole experience feel calm and enjoyable, which makes such a difference. Highly recommend Natalia — I would absolutely book her again.

  I had the best experience working with Zachary! I booked the 1 hour LHeure Iconique makeup application session. Not only was Zachary extremely thorough with his explanations during my appointment, but he gave me some amazing tips that changed the entire look of my makeup. I truly felt transformed by the end of the appointment, while still looking and feeling very natural. Zachary also went above and beyond at the end of the appointment to help me pick out products to take home. I highly recommended booking the LHeure Iconique appointment if you are interested in learning more about makeup application or need your makeup done for an event. Chanel’s products are expensive but beautiful, and the boutique is very nice. I’ll definitely be back!
