  The customer service at this Chanel store is exceptional! I have to particularly give a huge shout out to Dianne, the manager of the store, who was so incredibly helpful and lovely today, and I only bought a concealer. She gave me the time and attention I would have thought a high end store like Chanel would only give a customer who was spending a lot more than I did. Dianne’s professionalism, knowledge, and generosity of spirit made a huge impression on me, and I will only get whatever I need from Chanel at this store from now on! Thank you so much, Dianne- you rock!

  Natalia did my makeup yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best looks I’ve ever had. She has an amazing eye — everything felt elevated, polished. Beyond her talent, she was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. She made the whole experience feel calm and enjoyable, which makes such a difference.
