  I’m really grateful to Rosa for helping me during a difficult situation at the mall. I was being harassed, and she stepped in right away and called security.   I had a very disappointing experience with Aveda Online. I placed an order three weeks ago, and my credit card was charged immediately. However, over three weeks later, I have still not received my package. Aveda repeatedly cites "high volume" as an excuse for the delay, but this does not justify their poor service. Is it the customer’s obligation to bear the burden of delayed shipments, especially when payment has already been processed? When I contacted Aveda for a refund, they refused, claiming that the shipment is "in progress." However, they could not even provide a tracking number to verify the status. This raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and trustworthiness.

  I only shop here twice per year but when i do i stock up on their products. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Each time i walk in im greeted professionally, told about the new products and I leave with a willingness to return not only because of the excellent products but the outstanding people that work at this location. Cudos to the team at Columbus Circle Aveda!!
