    I’m a Sephora girl and always get my beauty products from Sephora.I came here from out of state, and I have never received such poor , rude and condescending customer like I did today by Julian short bob like hair.

    I had the worst experience at this location. I used to shop here often and never had major issues, although associates were usually not very helpful. Today I came in just to browse and spent about an hour looking for the Maracuja lip gloss. During that time, I noticed the GM, Tiffany, repeatedly circling around me throughout the store multiple times without greeting me or offering help, along with 3 other associates asking me if i needed help within the same 3 minute span which made me feel uncomfortable and watched. Eventually she approached me and asked, “Are you okay?” after already circling me several times. At that point I felt like I was being followed, so I asked if she needed something because it felt like she had been watching me since I entered the store. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she became defensive and said she was the GM doing her job, then threatened to remove me from the store, claiming I was being hostile. I stayed because I did nothing wrong and wanted to speak with Security. Loss Prevention, Tonny, then approached me and asked for my side of the story. He was calm, professional, and apologetic. He also stated that he had not been made aware of any situation prior to being called and told me that if I ever felt uncomfortable in the store again, I could come directly to him for assistance. He said if the situation continued to escalate he would have to call the police which I told him I would want to do. He did not want to do that and told me to continue shopping. However, Tiffany later returned to the conversation and, during the discussion, stated that she could not be profiling me “because of the color of her skin.” That comment made the situation feel even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and disgusting . Leadership at this location, especially the General Manager Tiffany, should receive additional training in professionalism and customer service, as this situation was handled in an unprofessional and confrontational manner.

Also waiting on my behalf as I made attempts but failed on my end due to the error with payment card.without no resolution. The store performed perfect Il My company wasn’t able to assist to complete the transaction. I’m nyc queens born Maspth -Bellerose currently I do feel I walked into a well established location Even though I was a male into a female’s location for shopping I’m straight Honest review after seeing all these 1 stars ⭐️ From others.

    I recently visited Sephora on March 14, 2026 to purchase a few items and left disappointed by the customer service experience. After asking for help, a sales associate named Francine initially assisted me and hurriedly showed me one product, mentioning she would return to help further. Unfortunately, she went on to assist several other customers and never came back. I stood there for about 8-10 minutes watching her assist not one but two other customers, and even walking right past me while assisting a mother and daughter duo. As a result, I felt overlooked and undervalued as a customer. I completely understand that stores can be busy, but communication and follow-through make a meaningful difference in how customers feel during their visit. I hope greater attention is given to ensuring all customers receive consistent and attentive service.
