    I don't recommend anyone to get their makeup done at this Sephora. The girl working there is unprofessional.

    Poor experience here like many others. Was not greeted despite an employee being right there close to the entrance. Not a big deal to me but it was an indication to how the rest of my experience would be. I went to the online pickup booth to wait for assistance since I had a small online purchase I made. There was no one in line and the cashier was finishing up checking out one person. When another person came on line, the cashier completely ignored me while I stood there and took on the other customer even though I was waiting there prior to the other customer, and there was no line. Didn’t even look my way or ask if I needed help. I went out on the floor to look for an employee. After wandering around and probably looking lost, an employee finally acknowledged my presence and told me she would be right there. She came to help me out but it felt like she had a sour attitude. When she retrieved my online order she kind of flicked the bag and was very short with me. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I don’t think I will be going back to this location. The atmosphere here is dreadful and genuinely makes me not want to buy anything because the employees often damper the experience and make you feel like an inconvenience, even when you’re doing your best to be polite and lift the mood. It’s uncomfortable shopping here to say the least..even for something as simple as picking up an online order.

    I came in planning to buy a full makeup routine, but the overall experience was disappointing. Most of the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping, and it took a while before anyone acknowledged me. When I was finally assisted, the help felt slow and unenthusiastic. I ended up leaving with just one small item instead of the full purchase I intended. Customer service here could really improve.

    Today, at 4:40 PM, I entered the Sephora store and had an interaction with one of the assistants. They sent me to the manager, Gabi, and she basically looked me up and down, commenting on my style of dress. I don’t think that should matter when a customer asks about makeup. I asked her a question, and she ignored me, turned away, and looked for someone else to help me. The whole time, she watched me as if I were suspicious, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for over 11 years. It’s disrespectful. I even called the other three managers, one of whom knows me and is aware that I’m a regular customer. It’s disrespectful that when I asked again for a makeup sample, she ignored me. I don’t believe that appearance or being Latina should lead to discrimination in a Sephora store. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. When I asked if she was the manager, she responded rudely and walked away, refusing to help. I had to call someone else four times in that store, and there are more than seven people in each area, so it’s not fair to discriminate based on ethnicity. This needs to be addressed in your store. It’s about inclusion, and as a customer, I’m sharing this complaint here on the website. Thank you.
