  This Complaint will be filed against the black bald woman who threw my purchase items into my bag while the bag was laid flat on the table. I had to shout at her in front of all other employees to not to that because she can damage my products. It's plain common sense so I believe her act was intentional! If you dislike customers or makeup you do not deserve to work here. For reference I've shopped for many years and have never experienced any behavior like this here or anywhere in this country.

  The Melville, Long Island, NY Cosmetics Warehouse managed by Estee Lauder (EL) Company is a great place to buy many different products of a long list of multiple top brands of Estee Lauder. The Warehouse Pass (for sale on select Saturdays) also entitles to visit the Estee Lauder Company Store attached to this Warehouse. At the EL Company Store I have always found friendly and helpful staff and amongst them I want to single out Ms. Ritika Ashta B who is very knowledgeable about the cosmetic products sold at this store. She goes above and beyond the call of her duty to answer questions about the products and provides insight into comparative aspects of various similar products. Her personalized approach to the customers reminds one about what the founder Ms. Estee Lauder was famously known for her personal touch and involvement with every customer. Thanks Ms. Ritika.

  This is hit or miss, and by invitation only unless you are an Estee Lauder employee. Sometimes, they have great deals. If you like a makeup line that was discontinued, like Becca, they have what is left here for purchase at a discount.
