  This Complaint will be filed against the black bald woman who threw my purchase items into my bag while the bag was laid flat on the table. I had to shout at her in front of all other employees to not to that because she can damage my products. It's plain common sense so I believe her act was intentional! If you dislike customers or makeup you do not deserve to work here. For reference I've shopped for many years and have never experienced any behavior like this here or anywhere in this country.

  Mystery gift bag, in amount of $85, they say : worth up $350 value. Purchased 2 bags. This is not even RIPOFF . THIS IS A SCAM !! Bag is full of trash, mostly filled up with no name garbage. Do Not waste your money and Remember: THERE IS NO RETURNS whatsoever. Once you left the store with this garbage, no returns or refunds, even if you came back in 5 minutes and one of these bags is sealed Preparing a major complaint.. stay away !!

  This was my first time in this year 2026 . Few people . Low stock of variety . Very different as I had been here before . I was thinking there might be crowed as before, but not . You feel there are something unusual. But any way , I was there and tried to buy some skin treatment but very frustrating, I only found one type . I know there aren’t all item that we want to buy , but like this opportunity, never . I don’t know why , look they are working in different way . No sure is it administration , not sure is it management . I just know , once I had paid and got on my car , I want to post not good feeling review . And I had post very good review before to them . This time , my opinion is negative .
