- DMDanielle Mangieri1 day ago1.0Extremely disappointment with the lack of professionalism within the establishment. I made an appointment to get my makeup done 2 weeks ago and showed up to my appointment early to be told the stylist was not coming in until 11am when my appointment was booked for 10am and had to be at my event by 11:30am. I had 2 appointments booked for the months of June and July, I didn't hold it against them and kept my appointment for this Friday, July 11th for a makeup appointment. Less than 24 hours before my appointment they called to cancel on me once again. I booked this appointment months in advance for a wedding and it is extremely frustrating that this has happened a second time.

I got a call 4 hours before my appointment that they had to cancel it because the artist couldn't make it, and that my card wasn't going to be charged, like they were doing me a favor. So we had to rearrange our plans. Funny how if you don't cancel 24 hours prior, they charge you a fee, but if they don't show up, you're on your own.
