  I had such a beautiful experience at Rowan! As a new, first-time mom bringing my 4-month-old in for her ear piercing, I was naturally nervous, but the entire team made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Nurse Ashley was incredibly gentle, patient, and caring. She talked us through the entire process, never rushed us, and made sure we understood everything before, during, and after the piercing. She thoroughly explained the piercing procedure as well as the aftercare and cleaning instructions, which gave me so much confidence. Sasha, the Studio Manager, was also so sweet and welcoming. The location itself is spotless, warm, and inviting, which made the experience even better. I am beyond happy that I found Rowan on TikTok! I 1000% recommend them to anyone, especially parents looking for a safe, professional, and caring place for their little one's first ear piercing. I can't wait to bring my nephew and niece next! Thank you, Nurse Ashley and Sasha, for making such a special milestone so memorable.

  Ashley pierced my conch & 2nd hole on my left ear after an earring was ripped out 2 years ago!! She was very helpful in finding the right spot as I had some scar tissue. Both piercings look great so far!!

  I had an amazing experience at Rowan and was pierced by Emily. As someone who is very afraid of needles and pain, I was extremely nervous going in, but Emily made the entire experience so much easier. She was patient, gentle, kind, and walked me through every step of the process, which helped calm my nerves. I was especially impressed by how clean and professional she was. She sterilized her instruments and my ears, changed her gloves whenever she touched anything, and maintained excellent hygiene throughout the appointment. It was clear that safety and cleanliness are a top priority for her. Emily was also incredibly knowledgeable about ear anatomy, jewelry options, and what would work best for my ears. She took the time to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. She even told me about the current promotions and went out of her way to search for lollipops for my cousin and me, which was such a sweet touch! The other young lady working there was also wonderful and welcoming. The entire establishment was spotless, organized, and very inviting. I got my second lobe piercing done, and the experience was so positive that I’ll definitely be back in about six weeks for more piercings—as long as Emily is there! I can’t recommend Rowan enough. 10/10 experience! 💎✨💕

  I’ve had multiple piercings done here and every single time has been a great experience — quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. I never once felt uncomfortable, and the nurse is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to walk you through everything. I’ve visited several of their locations, but the Larchmont location holds a special place for me. The manager truly sets the tone with such a welcoming attitude. Highly recommend to anyone, whether it’s your first piercing or your tenth!
