- DRDanielle RiveraSep 13, 20265.0My daughter had her birthday party here. What an absolutely lovely experience! When we went into the store to plan the party, Mimi helped us and she was so patient and friendly! She talked directly to my daughter and asked her what she wanted which made my 7 soon to be 8 year old feel super empowered and special! She picked out the games and the favors. Day of the party they were ready to go and held the groups of ten children’s attention the whole party. The evening was jam packed with fun and the party was held after hours so the kids ran around the whole store doing the scavenger hunt, playing dress to impress with the scarves and then they got to make bath bombs. Such lovely people at this location. My daughter, her friends and their parents were so excited and had a great time! The moms and myself all went shopping around while the games were being played. It was such a fun evening. Thank you so much to the crew here for making my daughter’s special day so much fun!

- LBLesley BentoMay 15, 20265.0I purchased a perfume solid about two weeks ago and accidentally left it in my car. I called Lush and the woman that I spoke with this morning (5/15/26) was SO HELPFUL and sweet and kind. She told me I could bring it in and swap it out or could try popping in freezer. It worked - but I was so appreciative of her offer and her kindness and warmth! Called in to compliment her, and asst manager was equally as sweet! Thank you all so much!
