I called Lush and the woman that I spoke with this morning (5/15/26) was SO HELPFUL and sweet and kind. She told me I could bring it in and swap it out or could try popping in freezer. It worked - but I was so appreciative of her offer and her kindness and warmth! Called in to compliment her, and asst manager was equally as sweet! Thank you all so much!
- JSJessa SwiftApr 13, 20265.0Loved my experience, went in to store to look around and buy a gift for my sons teacher who just lost a loved one. Went into store and was buying something for her but couldnt resist buying something for me, however, i was worried I would break out in a rash bc that happened once before. I was trying to secretly see if the product i wanted to buy would cause a bad skin reaction but the woman said I could sample it and see.. she told me the products in each and every item I tested the product and she explained I probably was scrubbing too hard when I purchased the last item that caused rash. I ended up purchasing a totally different more expensive less abrasive product and I love it. I used the butter bar and it made my skin so soft without scrubbing. Also ended up buying a foot pumice that was amazing as well. She also explained that I could return anything if I had a bad reaction with no questions asked. Love that they actually help you in this store. Thank you again you brightened my day by taking the time to actually care if I was happy.. No one cares like that anymore!

We were also helped by the sweetest girl, Jordan, who was super knowledgeable about scents and was able to recommend so many great scents that we loved based on us describing the notes that we like!! There was no pressure to buy anything but both Jordan and Ethan were extremely helpful and personalized their recommendations to us specifically. Ethan took the time to do my cousins hair to show her a product, and Jordan also took her time with us to help us find the perfect scents/products for us. Highly recommend shopping here !!!
