  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I want to specifically address my interaction with Nadia, as her customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I interacted with her, her attitude felt dismissive, sassy, and completely unwelcoming. It genuinely seemed like she had no interest in assisting me or providing basic customer service. If u can’t handle retail, quit.

  I believe this is one of their best store in Jackson Heights They prepare online orders very quickly, and their merchandise is consistently in stock and readily available. The service is efficient, reliable, and I've always had a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

  I was there 7/26/26 at 4:30pm the lady at the register was mean with attitude. I gave her 100$ bill my bill was 378 in change she thought my 100’s were fake when I don’t give fake bills gave it to her co-worker she thought too was a fake bill and then she gave it to the manager. Then when I talking to the worker the manager came quickly to see what’s going on. The manager was rude to me she is like this is the rules. The manager was very and disrespectful to me. I have been long time customer and the salesperson are not helpful at all

  KIMBERLY/ EMPLOYEE BAD MOUTHS COSTUMERS: I went in to pick up a birthday gift. When I asked about a product, an employee named Kimberly helped me. I asked to see another version of the same item, took a moment to decide, and ultimately went with the first product (her original suggestion). She rang me up and I headed out, but as I passed the first door, I overheard her complaining about me to a coworker in a rude, mocking tone. I couldn’t make out every word, but her tone made it clear she was annoyed with me as a customer, which isn’t the kind of service you expect after being polite the whole time. So if Kimberly, the girl with thick black glasses and big curly hair helps you out, beware: she may badmouth you to a coworker the second you’re out the store. Don’t complain when you’re working in retail customer service and the customer didn’t do anything rude, and simply took a second to think about your suggestions.
