  absolutely horrible experience. from the moment i walked in, i felt like i was being watched. i approached two employees to ask a question but they continued their conversation and ignored me while i stood there waiting for assistance. i was interested in purchasing a rhode peptide lip tint but the shade i wanted didn’t have a tester so i asked an employee if she could open one. after she did, i applied a small amount to my hand to see the color and the second i put it back, she immediately grabbed it as if she thought i was going to steal it. the whole interaction made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. the moment she did that, i completely lost interest in buying the product and decided to just pay for the other items i already had instead. what made it even worse was that when i went to check out, she was still holding the lip product in her hand and only went to put it back after i left. the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing and i will not be returning.

  Popped in to my neighborhood store to pick up a lipstick that I had been considering, the ph-activated ones. A lovely associate assistant me in my needs and showed me several different colors from the Urban Decay brand. 5 stars for super helpful assistance. I think her name was Ekas? She signed me up as I wasn’t a member.

  They sell items that are already used. I ask to check to see if they have more in stock in the cabinet, and the employee told me it’s what ever there is outside the cabinet. He didn’t even check inside the cabinet. When I told him because both the rare Beauty blush is 1/4 empty u can tell. When he open the box he tilt the blush to take out so it doesn’t look like it’s used. I may look young but I’m not dumb I see what he is trying to do saying no it looks full to me. Going to email the Sephora company to report him and the store.

  The lady that works in the skincare department was rude just because I didn’t end up purchasing the serum she wanted me to. She made it seem like it was too expensive for me and told me to check out the ordinary and immediately walked away with an attitude.
