    I genuinely have never had a worse experience at Sephora. I asked a brunette employee with sparkly eyeshadow if she could help me figure out where to order a bionic curling iron, and instead of helping she looked me up and down like I had personally inconvenienced her entire day, rolled her eyes, and said “online.” Revolutionary information, thank you Einstein. Meanwhile, the blonde employee in the Gisou section was lurking around me like I was about to commit a felony over lip oil. The staring was insane and the vibes were absolutely horrible. I came in excited to shop and left feeling judged for existing. Sephora employees usually make shopping fun, but this felt like being trapped in a mean girl group project. Never been treated this rudely in my life at a Sephora.

    Very poor service I bought a Dior perfume and lipstick and I asked for some free samples and the cashier looked at me dead in the eye " like free samples" she said they don't do that and to think it was Mother's Day! But I look at the other cashier handing out free samples to the other customer!!!!

    Visited Sephora last night and manager wouldn’t let the customer in front of me return her blush saying it’s because Sephora is monitoring returns and flagging accounts for excessive Returns 30 days didn’t even pass by that customer was saying it was disappointing to see how the manager was lying to this girl when it was my turn I wanted to exchange a shade. She did the same thing to me. Absolutely horrible service. This is the worst Sephora to go to management is very bad. be aware of the manager she is very aggressive and rude and she’s a liar never shopping here again

    There is a girl manager so nasty she was refusing to return one itam to a customer before me saying her account is flagged due to to Sephora changing their policy and monitoring returns and if there’s excessive returns even if it’s within the frame of 30 days, they will not let her return and they will flag her account so when it was my turn, I made a big purchase two days ago of about $1200. I had to return 4 items and one to exchange remind you it was 2 days ago and she started saying that i have a big return and it will not honor my return aying that i have A lot of returns And that Sephora has flagged my account. I was there making a new purchase she tells me I can make a purchase, but I will not be able to return something that I bought two days ago. I didn’t even use it. She did this to a customer that was before me and I’m sure she did it to others. She’s a rude, horrible person and she’s a liar. I called customer service and I asked them if I have a flag on my account they told me that there is no such thing that you will be flagged for returning things. This store needs to be checked. This manager needs to be fired. This is horrible. I had the worst experience and I love Sephora But this manager in this location in Walt Whitman Mall, be aware Of this store manager, she is a girl and she comes off as rude. Even when you try to talk to her she should be fired. She’s a liar. She lies to customers she doesn’t let them return. This is very disappointing. I will not be shopping here.
