When my daughter returned SHE REFUSED to look at my granddaughter's ear. She immediately told her that it had to be re-pierced, and it would be a charge of $50. She never moved from behind the desk.

We followed their instructions and returned, only to be refused and not even have her ear looked at. Don’t tell customers to come back if you have no intention of helping.
