I was a walk-in and this was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with piercings. Jen helped me change my jewelry for my nose piercing. She is so kind, professional, and patient. I didn’t think it was possible to take my old nose piercing out! But Jen was able to remove it and replace it which such skill. Such a great experience and such kind people. I will 100% be coming here in the future. I’m so happy I found this place. Thank you Jen and all the staff! I will be recommending this to everyone.

I had previous piercings that were stretched and I was afraid it was going to tear through, Jen made sure the placement of the new ones bilaterally were even and would look good Weill not affecting the old stretched out hole. Highly recommend this facility, everything was done, sterile, immaculate, quick, and they could not have been more professional or more kind.

So after a lot of research and fellow friends recommending Rowan, we booked an appt with Jen and we had an amazing experience! My 5 year old daughter didn’t even cry! Jen was so patient and gave us details every step of the way. She was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend Rowan to anyone needing a first or further piercing!
