- SSSaraiJul 29, 20265.0I personally want to give a shoutout to Gaelen and Christine for helping us pick out some amazing bath bombs, bubble bars, and other goodies! When my fiancé and I walked in, they were both so welcoming and immediately asked if we needed any help. Gaelen spent the most time helping us, answering all of our questions, making recommendations, and making the experience so much fun. Christine was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We actually came back the next day, and they were both there again. Christine even recognized us, which made us feel so welcomed and remembered. We don’t shop at Lush very often, but thanks to the great experience we had with Gaelen and Christine, we’ll definitely be coming back to try more products. So far, we absolutely love everything we purchased. Thank you both for such outstanding customer service!

Super friendly staff, ready to help but not intrusive. Not a child-proof environment although hugely attractive (everything looks good enough to eat but is NOT edible!). Check out the variety of cheerful scarves (various sizes), great shaped gift boxes, special boxed collections with Intergallactic bath bombs (my personal favorite) and paired with an additional scented product! Have fun!
