  Buckle up… I booked an appointment for highlights and lowlights. I don’t even know where to start.. I showed my inspo pic and very much expressed what I wanted. After discussing what she wanted to do I stuck to my guns and still wanted all over highlights and lowlights as I booked for. Color was mixed and a large amount of pieces of foam were brought out. I immediately got nervous.. not a single highlight was foiled. She referred to finger painting my baby hairs several times. At one point dye dripped onto my eye lashes which I accidentally rubbed into my eye.. I didn’t realize what happened until it started to burn and my eye was gummy. I thought it was okay until it continued to burn. She was polite and kept getting me a wet towel to keep wiping my eye. The foam pieces kept falling out of my hair onto the floor and being placed back on my head.. there was a lot of other people’s hair on the floor that I didn’t notice at first until these foam pieces kept getting re placed back onto my head.. there was a piece of hair sticking out that I mentioned she missed which continued to remain sticking out. My hair was never shampooed or conditioner. It was rinsed, toner applied, and then rinsed again. When she blowed dried my hair it was very hot on my scalp(from the bleach still on my head) and extremely hard to brush… I declined the cut I booked. She asked me if I liked it and then said how she didn’t like how it turned out.. after paying $80 I immediately went to Ulta where they washed my hair to get the large amount of bleach and dye that was left in my hair. You couldn’t visibly see dried dye on my face. I cannot express how much it itched.. my eye stopped burning after I flushed it in my car and there was a large amount of dried bleach in my ear… I should have left once the process started but by the time I realized what was happening I already had bleach and dye in my hair. I was scared of the situation going side ways if I asked her to just stop and wash it out. I sat frozen waiting for it to be over but it just kept getting worse… I couldn’t have imagined that it would have been this damn bad. My hair was previously toned golden blonde all over and my roots were an inch maybe a smidge more. Compared to the results my roots are extremely patchy through out my whole head.. the lowlights washed out randomly throughout.. the highlights lifted extremely unevenly throughout. I am left with something that is going to cost me to fix.

  I don’t have a lot of money I finally decided to treat myself to getting my hair done after years, came in with slightly brassy blonde hair, asked for it to be a natural colored blonde, paid $200 for orange hair with chunky yellow chunks on top, my hair is now orange, yellow, white, ect looks much worse in person it’s a multi color unfixable mess and embarrassing.

  I recently had a haircut with a woman named chenelle, I asked for a trim. Not a social experiment, I told her to take half a inch max and she took 2 inches off this ruined the hair in my face, and it seemed it was her first time doing hair she had to ask another woman how to texture. I asked multiple times if it was to short and she said no due to me not having very good eyesight I couldn’t tell she went to short. This was very disappointing. If you love your hair protect it, if you hate yourself book an appointment. This is a horrible salon. At this point I might just buzz my hair. Asked for a trim left scared. Then had the audacity to give me a ai apology and not make things right
