  I had an appointment for a 60 minute massage. It was the best massage I have ever gotten. I have never felt more relaxed. I will definitely go there again, and definitely recommend it!

  Following the prompts on the website my partner and I booked a couples massage. When we arrived we were escorted upstairs to the spa where we were greeted by our massage therapists. When I briefly used the bathroom, my partner was put in a private room, very quickly, as if they were in a hurry. Then, I was escorted to my own separate private room. I asked why we were not in the larger room together and I was told it was double booked. Their quick action while I was in the bathroom was clearly done so that we couldn’t reschedule when finding out they had double booked the large massage room. It felt very dishonest and made the first half of my massage stressful. I felt like I was being deceived. The rooms are not calming, you can hear everything going on in the hallway the entire massage. I would not recommend making an appointment here. When I mentioned my concerns to the receptionist she told me that when I booked the massages I needed to make a “special note” that we wanted the larger room. When I told her I did do that - per the directions on their own website - she offered nothing to remedy the situation. I was very kind and very disappointed. Their facilities are also not clean. It seemed to be quite over priced for what the client receives. I will say that Kaji, the woman who gave my massage, did a wonderful job and was extremely kind and attentive. She was excellent - Nothing else matched the price tag.
