  STAY AWAY. Especially if you’re bringing your baby. I took my 18-month-old daughter to get her ears pierced, and I truly wish I had never walked into this store. The first visit was as a walk-in. There was no issue. The nurse had me scan a QR code, book a random appointment, and took us immediately—even though there were other customers in the store. We chose the flower-shaped diamond earrings, which, in my opinion, should be removed from their inventory because they snag on absolutely everything. Just one day later, I was back because one of the earrings had fallen out. My poor baby had to have her ear pierced all over again. Once again, I walked in without an appointment, and they took us. After that, I continued noticing the earring catching on clothing, blankets, and anything it touched. It was obvious this design was causing problems, so I returned a third time simply to exchange them for a basic ball stud that wouldn’t keep snagging. The store was completely empty. A customer had literally just walked out. Instead of helping us, Nurse Cassidy insisted I had to make an appointment. No compassion. No attempt to accommodate a toddler who had already been through enough. Every concern I raised was met with a dismissive, “Totally.” They then put District Manager Chris on the phone, who offered no solution and no customer service whatsoever. And as if the experience couldn’t get any worse, there was a cockroach crawling across the showroom floor. As a mom, I expect people working with babies to show at least a little empathy. Instead, we dealt with defective jewelry, multiple unnecessary trips, my daughter having to be re-pierced, dismissive staff, and an unsanitary store. I will never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to any parent considering ear piercing for their child

  Jazmine and Diana helped me get my second helix and they were so patient walking me though it and getting it done! They were so sweet and gentle with the whole process would definitely be back for another piercing!

  Genesis did a great job making my daughter comfortable and excited to have her earrings changed. She very gentle and personable.
