  Milo was AMAZING . she was very attentive and caring when it came to giving my fiancé a demo watching from the sideline. I’m not sure who the manager is for this location, but it definitely should be Milo. She should be schooling the other girls on how to make sales there very good customer service.

  I came in today to smell Super Milk and the Super Sticky Dates mist, and I had such a great experience! Armand and Maria were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They took the time to help me find the scent that suited me best and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Their excellent customer service made my visit even better. Thank you both for all your help. I’ll definitely be back!

  Loved the customer service, the sales reps are so sweet and knowledgeable, since I’m new to the products it was great that I was able to try it on and see how the products feel on my skin!

  I hosted my daughter's 9th birthday party there. PROS: Staff is great with kids -- fun and engaging. Good mix of activities. Products are great. Festive ambiance -- you don't really need any decorations. CONS: You have to bring in your own food and supplies. Space is limited. The main reason for three stars -- they sold me a birthday package for 15 children and said they typically set up an area for cake and pizza. The tables were tiny but we managed. They did not have chairs for all the kids -- they had them sitting on step ladders and chairs of various heights, some of which didn't line up with the height of the tables, which makes eating difficult. They were not equipped for this size group and they weren't really apologetic about it. I shared my feedback after and was bizarrely told they can't promise seating for everyone (??) and was offered free products as a recourse. Poorly managed and handled but again, the staff interacting with kids and products themselves are great and the main reasons my daughter was excited to have her party here. The kids had a great time, which is what matters most. Given what I spent on the party, I expected a better equipped and managed experience. I asked multiple times before the event -- which I booked months in advance -- what a comfortable maximum would be for them and they repeatedly told me 15 was manageable. How hard is it to get folding chairs? I should add that the activity areas were very tight, better suited to maybe 8 kids. Disappointing given the positive experiences we've had with the store and company.
