Janvi ( I hope I’m spelling that right) Was very friendly and helped me find something affordable to give my girls and even supplied me with some samples for myself. The staff in the store are always very friendly and knowledgeable and I’m always happy to shop there.

We love seeing her at lush it makes it that much better. She was really nice, patient, and made the whole experience way better. She even encouraged me to try something new, and I’m so glad she did! She recommended Super Milk, and she was absolutely right I loved it! She even convinced me to buy a massage bar! 😂 I’ll definitely be coming back to Lush, and honestly, a big reason will be because of Milo. Her customer service was phenomenal. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Milo definitely deserves a raise or some type of promotion because employees like her are what make customers want to keep coming back! 💕✨
