  Extremely disappointed to receive an expired sample (EXP 07/2025) at checkout today. It is unacceptable for Sephora to hand out expired products as free gifts to customers. Even though it is only a small sample, expired skincare may cause skin irritation and safety risks. I hope the store can double‑check the expiration dates of all giveaway samples immediately. This careless experience has greatly reduced my trust in this location. I would not recommend this location！

  This was the worst Sephora experience I’ve ever had. Instead of feeling like a customer, I felt like I was being treated as if I didn’t belong there. Victor’s attitude was unprofessional and made the entire visit unpleasant. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not embarrassed or uncomfortable.

  Came in here to try some perfumes right at opening, when everything should have been well-stocked and clean. I see that there's a gross layer of sticky perfume residue, oil, and dirt underneath the bottles as if management can't be bothered to clean. The bottles were sticky and covered in dirt and residue that's never been wiped off. The Sephora at Queens Center Mall isn't like this, but I guess the Flushing location doesn't care. The Marc Jacobs Daisy EDP I came in for wasn't even there. It was just gone with an empty space where it's supposed to be, they didn't even bother replacing it. The management at the Flushing location seems careless.

  Initially had a great experience with a male Asian associate, but it was ruined by incompetent Sky. Not only did she initially say no when I asked for my shade (instead of looking), she took 10 minutes to search the back, found it, dropped and broke it, took another 10 minutes to find another one, entered my phone number wrong, then got upset that we were fed up with her and transferred us to someone else for checkout—further wasting my time. Then she refused to provide her name, which we got from another worker. She had the audacity to say she "helped" us . I almost walked out without buying anything. Also not sure why she felt the need to comment on my outfit and touch me. I've never had such a poor customer service experience at a non-busy Sephora. She belongs in another line of work. I'll never be back here. Also, there were 0 people at the cash register but several associates on the floor.

  Today I went to the store to find the right shade of concealer and asked an employee for help. The first thing she asked was, “Do you know your shade?” If I already knew my shade, I wouldn’t have needed to ask for help—I would have just picked it up myself. She was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. She clearly didn’t know how to treat customers with respect. I’ve shopped at many other stores and have never experienced this kind of behavior from an employee. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. This experience was honestly disgusting, and I hope the store addresses how customers are treated. Her name is Sop…..
