  Today I went to the store to find the right shade of concealer and asked an employee for help. The first thing she asked was, “Do you know your shade?” If I already knew my shade, I wouldn’t have needed to ask for help—I would have just picked it up myself. She was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. She clearly didn’t know how to treat customers with respect. I’ve shopped at many other stores and have never experienced this kind of behavior from an employee. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. This experience was honestly disgusting, and I hope the store addresses how customers are treated. Her name is Sop…..

  I went to the store today and had a great experience with Michelle K. She provided excellent service and was very professional, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made everything much easier for me. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

  I only ever come here to pick up my Sephora birthday gift. Every time I visit, someone manages to be rude, and today was no exception. The supervisor/manager didn’t even look up from her phone while helping me. Thankfully, there was one employee who was kind, helpful, and actually understood customer service—you know who you are 🫶🏼. A little reminder: makeup can enhance your appearance, but it can’t fix a bad attitude. 🤭

  This has got to be the worst Sephora out of all the locations I’ve visited. I’m a long term customer - hit Rouge every single year but the staff at this particular location is awful. Every now and then there’s someone super helpful and sweet but I just witnessed the manager ringing up a customer that didn’t speak English and was obviously having trouble following the prompts on the credit card machine - she was laughing at her and being so unprofessional. Another girl was standing in the middle of the aisle. When I said excuse me so she can make some room, she just looked at me like I had 7 heads and goes ok?!! Ton of extra bodies on the floor not doing anything. This store needs a revamp. Badly.

  If you have a big event coming up and want your makeup done stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They canceled on my daughter same day as her appointment!!! Manager did nothing to accommodate Her. I explained to manager that this is unacceptable to cancel on same day with no back up staff she didn’t like that and hung up the phone on me!! 0 stars!!!!!!
