I will drive the extra 1.5-2hrs to this location JUST for the workers rather than the two closer to my home. I feel confident in majority of what is recommended to me by the employees, I never feel judged if I ask for more budget-friendly options. If I want tips on how to use a product, get the most out of it, or competitive products, every worker I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable enough to help me. Pro tip: if you’re confused about a skincare product, ask the worker assigned to that brand, they know SO much and are very trustworthy (not gimmicky). I don’t feel harassed to just purchase the most expensive item in that category and rack up. $$. They really care about makeup/skincare here. I haven’t purchased haircare here yet so I’m curious how the experience may differ. However, if you need fragrance help (longevity, profiles, etc) I would go elsewhere. Their selection for fragrance is extensive and reasonably stocked (unless recently “viral”)! Clean, well stocked, and trustworthy.

Even with a small line, everything moved painfully slowly and there was no sense of efficiency or care for customers’ time. Overall, the service at the register was very poor and disappointing.
