I had a makeup appointment booked with Cristal L, and it was canceled the same day with only 1 hour and 30 minutes’ notice. That’s completely unacceptable for a service people rely on for important events. When you book with a major brand like Sephora, you expect professionalism and reliability, not last-minute cancellations that leave you scrambling. There should absolutely be a penalty applied when they cancel on clients last minute. Customers are often charged or penalized for missing appointments, so it should go both ways. The lack of accountability here is honestly shocking. I planned my schedule around this appointment, and the lack of accountability is honestly shocking. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about booking a makeup service with Cristal L do not depend on her if your event is important.
