  Disgusting behavior.. the lady at the closing was such a rude lady. She acted like she owned Mac but behavior was more like a try hard and wanna be rich. We went coz it was open and few ladies went in right before us and she goes “ah ah, that’s it, no more, store is closed” with disrespectful hand gestures and attitude. Then she closes the shatter while we still in outside the store and she does her hand gesture and says “move” and closes it?? Like was that an owner? Owners daughter? Who is this lady? Middle aged woman it was with beige coat. She could have said everything she said in a different wording and tone but she chose the rude way.

  I bought some products from online but i need to change my shade. So I went to the queens mall which was only the nearest store from my location, I was there at 8:30pm and the door was almost closed and the lady associate she was sitting and eating, so I told her that I need to change the shades, she strictly told me that Mac doesn’t do that anymore, you bought it from online and you have to send it back, we can’t do it at the store. That was weird and i immediately called customer service and the lady said mac still does that. They don’t know why she told me that, maybe they just didn’t want any customers that time. But it was a hassle for me, now I have to do the whole thing again. And I have to wait for my products. So Mac shouldn’t keep people like her who doesn’t want help customers, I understand that maybe she was tired or something but she also needs to understand that it costs money and time to go to the store, and it’s a real hassle to go through all the process again. Thanks.

  I had the BEST experience at MAC, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany and Gabrielle! I was doing my own makeup for my cousin’s wedding, and I was honestly so nervous. I know how to do my everyday makeup, but bridal/event makeup is a whole different story. Tiffany was incredible. She took her time matching my shades, explained why certain products would work better than others, and helped me build a routine that would actually survive the summer heat and last all day. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions, and I left feeling so much more confident about doing my own makeup. Also, thank you to Gabrielle for being so sweet while I was shopping! She was so kind and recommended the prettiest blue mascara that I probably never would have picked up on my own, and now I’m obsessed with it. The whole experience felt so personal, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people feel their best instead of just selling products. I’ll definitely be back before my Vegas trip at the end of the month because I already know I need Tiffany’s help finding the perfect skin tint! Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful shopping trip such a fun one. 🩷

  What a bad experience today! 07/07/2026 was there at 7:30 pm Went exchange my foundation it was the wrong color don't match my face and mascara when I sweat it burns my eyes the one person was rude not helpful she deleted my account why am saying that bc I been a one of your first COSTOMER since you opened when you ask for my phone# or email my history pops up she deleted it only bc I ask to exchange she oh I don't see your info so I can't exchange it smh I spend over 200 that day with giving a good tip very disappointed

  I came in for Birthday makeup and had the most exceptional experience. I’m not a makeup newbie at all I’m pretty decent but sometimes we all want a different look. Tachel and Kenzie made my experience effortless. They were beyond sweet and understanding. The makeup came out fantastic for my birthday party! Please come and experience them for yourself! Tachel applied my makeup and Kenzie prepped. Big Thank You!!
