- YRYainelys Rodriguez3 days ago1.0I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went on Sunday, May 17 with my 15-month-old daughter to trim just a little of her bangs and the ends around her hair, and the experience was horrible. It was only her second haircut. The first person who tried to cut her hair couldn’t do it, and then another lady came and ended up cutting way too much hair all around, while they still couldn’t fix her bangs because my baby started crying and became very restless. If you are not able to do the job with small children, then it’s better to be honest with the customer from the beginning. Working with children requires a lot of patience. In the end, I had to leave in the middle of the service, and my daughter’s hair was left looking horrible. On their page they advertise that they do children’s haircuts, but honestly neither the place nor the staff are prepared for it.

Whats the point of checking in online if the wait time is wrong. This location is starting to get bad. Very disappointed. Also only have 2 people working on a Friday evening.

She even kept my other grandchild (not getting a cut) occupied. She was very professional but related to them the entire time with superheros. She truly was great with her. Even calmed her down a bit, she was a little bit nervous. Overall, great cut and great hair dresser. I would recommend Nikki to anyone!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
