- FPFrancene PetitJul 26, 20261.0I went in today with my mom and son. The girl with blonde hair and black roots treated me like I was an idiot. The products on the shelves are expired. I was given a 10% off coupon so I mentioned to the girl like this is expired but since I have a coupon I’d like to have you order it for me and use the coupon. She rudely says you can order it online yourself so I’m like ok no problem I walk away and I read the coupon and it says in store only so I tell her she’s like oh. And the other staff member helps me see if they have a newer one. It expires in 3 months but screw it right. I’m a licensed esthetician so the girl was trying to sell my mom in some face masks and my mom politely says she doesn’t need it but the minute I mention to the girl like I’m an esthetician I have a ton of masks I do facials on my mom she rolls her eyes. And not to mention I waited at the counter for 5-10mins before the two employees finally acknowledged me as if they didn’t see me. The blonde young lady treated me very poorly and was condescending while she spoke to her and I never treated her any less that I would treat someone if I was working in customer service.
- ESEddie SerranoOct 12, 20231.0My wife went there this morning and the employee that was there looked like he was afraid to even come close to her when assistance was requested into finding the right foundation color. Made me feel so uncomfortable. In order to make sales and have customers return, the employees must have customer service skills, interpersonal skills, product knowledge, friendliness and I could go on. It made me walk right out of the store without buying all the things I had in mind in buying. When hiring retail store members they need to have a friendly attitude. Friendliness is about being approachable, naturally welcoming. Which definitely this specific store don’t have.

There is so many other places to get your make up and hair products. I will never shop there again they need to seriously look into their staff.
