  It's very rear that I let people touch my eyebrows, but I wanna say the experience that I had with Amanda was a 10 out of 10. I left feeling very satisfied. She followed up my directions understood exactly what I wanted. I just wanna say thank you so much. I will be returning.

  Dear Ulta Beauty Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at the Ulta store located at 133-05 20th Ave, College Point, NY 11356. Upon arriving at the cashier to purchase my items, I was informed by the cashier that I could not return a product without having an account with Ulta. I was surprised by this policy, as it was my understanding that customers could return products with a valid receipt, regardless of whether they had an account. When I questioned this information, the cashier insisted that this policy had been in place since the store's opening, despite her own admission of only being employed there for the past four years. My experience escalated when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Alyssa, reiterated the cashier's statement and suggested that I could open an account at the time of return. This was not only frustrating but felt absurd, as customers should have the right to return items with a receipt without needing to open an account. I find this policy confusing and counterproductive to customer service. As a loyal customer, I believe returning products should be a straightforward process that does not require additional steps such as creating an account. Plus staff were extremely rude. Forget customer service she was asking me where does it says that ulta will accept return with receipt. I said I don’t have to show it she should know it already. Well here is what Ulta stated about return policies. There is nothing it written that I can not return without opening an account. So I’m going to attached the Ulta policies and staff name Celina who she refused to give her name but it was on the receipt that I purchased. I’m not planning to return any of the items but these false information and rude customer service should definitely needs some kind of training. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and reconsider this policy for the benefit of your customers.
