They were so knowledgeable and friendly AND cared about my experience (among all of the other customers I saw them interacting with) — making me feel so welcome and at home! They went well above and beyond to explain the product thoroughly, do demos, and make the experience fun! Thank you so much Amanda & Shauna for being such rays of sunshine and treasures to Lush :)

- DDDananaFeb 5, 20265.0I popped into this location as I was driving through Buffalo the other day to treat myself & I had the most pleasant experience with Shawna (I hope that's how she spells her name.) She is unbelievably knowledgeable of all of your products and ingredients. She was so easy to chat with and just made me feel at home. I often run into employees at different places who just don't care, don't want to be there, avoid customer interactions and just make u feel unwelcome. Not here. Shawna is a true precious gem and I really hope this company realizes that and takes care of her.

They helped me wrap the bombs up nicely for my boys as a Christmas gift. I purchased the watermelon bubble bar. The purchase went to children in Palestine getting prosthetics. Amazing ! And they gave me some gifts as a thank you for my great vibes they said ! It really made my day and holiday season. The products are amazing -the service even better !
