- DVD VanMay 3, 20261.0Never anythg new. Same makeup & out if stock on the colors/shades in demand. Perfume/fragrances they carry is okay but they also run out of the popular scents. Disappointing every time I walk in there.

No one said hello or even acknowledged me the entire time I was there. All they did was gossip about a coworker and a customer. Management better fix this asap.

Staff behind the registers were using their cell phones texting while assisting customers and was ignoring the customer as well . What kind of training do we do at this store ? Where was management ? The manager has a nasty look on her face too and was also ignoring the customer so I guess the Apple does not fall far from the tree when your associates are trained to be unprofessional. If the shoe fits . I have been to other Estée Lauder stores and I have to say this is the most unprofessional and mismanaged location I have been at .
