  Store has great deals, but the workers are horrible, no customer service it’s like they hav the biggest attitude and don’t want to be bothered. The store on Long Island has very engaged, friendly and courteous staff. They inform you about promotions and encourage you to sign up. At this store I asked do I add my email, the girl had an attitude and no one mentioned anything about promotions, when I got my total, she said oh you get a free bag and dumped one in my shopping bag.

  Manager and staff are extremely kind, patient and seem to really love what they do. I always have a great experience when shopping with them.

  Never anythg new. Same makeup & out if stock on the colors/shades in demand. Perfume/fragrances they carry is okay but they also run out of the popular scents. Disappointing every time I walk in there.

  I walked in on April 23rd, 2026 at 5:40pm- in case management wants to know who was working that day. I wanted to buy some makeup. No one said hello or even acknowledged me the entire time I was there. All they did was gossip about a coworker and a customer. Management better fix this asap.
