- SCSandraliz CabreraJan 3, 20262.0I don’t usually shop in person due to lack of time, but yesterday I decided to do so and unfortunately realized how much customer service has declined. The cashier who assisted me treated me in a dismissive and unwelcoming manner. I initially tried to be understanding, assuming she may have had a long day. However, after I paid for two items, I decided to go back to purchase another product. While waiting, I overheard her politely asking another customer if they had a rewards account and if they would like to sign up something that was never offered to me, which already felt odd. When it was my turn again, I asked about an item displayed at the entrance, and she responded abruptly, saying it was not for sale. Confused, I explained that it was displayed at the front and even offered to show her. Although she explained why it wasn’t for sale, her visible frustration and lack of patience were very evident throughout the interaction. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing. Customer service is a key part of any luxury brand, and sadly this visit did not reflect that. I do not expect to return to this location. Assisted by: Ginny

The assistant manager intervened without understanding the situation and only defended her staff instead of resolving the issue. This was a very unpleasant experience.
