  By far the worst massage I have ever had! April was the provider, literally felt I paid $175 (+20% tip!)for her to put lotion on me for 45 minutes. I mentioned my problem areas several x, which she barely treated (neck was the last 2 mins!!) and had to ask for more pressure more than once, which NEVER happened AND when on my back she was just sticking her arm under me and moving it around, literally felt like NOTHING Thought I was getting punked or something- huge joke! She went into autopilot and didn't pay any attention to anything I said- not to mention the room which was along the front of the hotel- seems used for a double massage space- Bright outdoor light in there with loud carts rattling in front of the window every few minutes- why no blackout shades? Not rocket science! I left there so stressed out and annoyed -with a sore neck and back-Such a huge waste of time and LOTS OF $ My husband also hated his - said there was no pressure, was very amateur and basic- Go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

  Beautiful day spent at the spa.. sauna, hot tub and pool.. one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had.. Definitely 5 star. You get what you pay for..

  Im late reviewing this place but it was a gem! I wasn’t expecting it to be so relaxing because I went to a spa a few days prior and was disappointed after extremely high reviews. I wasn’t expecting kind of expecting the same thing but I was proven so wrong. This place is much more zen, very professional, calm, and inviting. Clean with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed an amazing massage and the amenities were perfect even in winter because everything was clean and not crowded. I will be back for sure!

  Visited the spa over the weekend for multiple services and everything was immaculate. The atmosphere was calm, staff super attentive, experience 10/10. My friends and I did a sauna experience - love the walk through, face masks provided and guidance on cold showers throughout. I also had a facial with Delaney who had such a calming presence and warm spirit - I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable unwinding. I had a 'Clarification' facial - included some extractions but not so much that the element of relaxation was lost. Peel was also divine. Would love to be local just for the opportunity to revisit here. Thank you Willowbrook team!

  I have been to the spa a few times since discovering it, and it is always an amazing experience. I have had several saunas and a few facials, and they are always top tier. The girls in reception (Inca, Kaitlyn, Emma, Alex) are always warm and welcoming. They make the sauna experience very pleasant, and always explain everything even when I have questions. I’ve also been greeted by the manager Lisa, who is very professional and brings a warm presence. My facials have been done with the esthetician Toni, and she is fantastic. She is very kind, professional, and transparent with treatments. Toni makes the spa experience relaxing. I absolutely recommend her to anyone whether it is your first time getting a facial or if you’ve had them before. I will be booking with her in the future and every time I need skin care!
