I would never recommend this business. The environment was unclean. Donna told us to take our shoes off (the floor needed sweeping and a bit dusty) and yet she kept hers on. The actual facial was a disaster. The steamer ran out of water and started spurting hot water onto my shoulder. Instead of refilling it, Donna just unplugged it and told me to lay back down. The entire treatment was rushed and lasted less than 40 minutes and consisted mostly of face and shoulder massaging rather than an actual facial. She only used about three products, messed up my hair, and used a rag on my face that had a terrible, foul odor. While the Donna now displays pricing online, no price list was provided during our visit last year, resulting in us being significantly overcharged. The substandard service also caused us to be late for an outdoor festival. The lack of proper post-treatment care instructions left my skin looking incredibly dull by the time I returned home to Maryland. My sister and I had to come back to Buffalo for another event and this time may husband was with us because he wanted to visit relatives in Toronto. But, we chose a different local salon instead. The experience at the other salon was night and day; the technicians provided exceptional full-body massages and facials left us looking rejuvenated and refreshed. I will exclusively patronize them in the future. If someone had a good experience than maybe she improved her service but our experience was HORRIBLE a complete nightmare. The worst service ever! I know what a good facial consist of because I've been getting them for decades, even when I lived in Europe. And then she had the nerve to ask if I was going to leave a tip, almost pushing it…smh. Save your money and go elsewhere.
