- EBElvina BlankMay 15, 20263.0I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went to look for a staff and asked if she could check an item for me, she didn’t even move and stated “if its not there, its not there”. I said “thanks” and went back to the aisle myself. A few minutes later another staff went by and actually asked if I needed any help, she went all in to check the item in stock and found it. (Real thanks to her). upon check out, the first staff i met was doing the cashier and didn’t smile or say thanks after I paid. I’m not a regular sephora customer but that staff needs more training and a better attitude.

I was testing different mini scents when the general manager Angela came over. Initially she asked if we needed help but mumbled under her breath. So I responded with “what”. Then she had some audacity to say “ Oh with that one you shoved in your pocket”. I was in absolute complete shock. I could not even believe she was accusing me of shoplifting. The store looked completely disheveled and it looked like their was more people than she could watch over. But to make assumptions that I would be shoplifting because you can’t manage your store is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this exact location over the last 10 + years and have been a loyal customer. But after today’s profound accusations, I will never give business to any Sephora location. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wanted to try a few shades across different brands, but she only showed me two options from the same brand, and neither was a good match for my skin tone. When I asked about trying other brands, she just walked away. Really disappointing experience and not helpful at all. I won’t be coming back to this location
