  Terrible customer service. I was ready to check out some skincare products, but the employee at the register was chatting with a friend and told me to wait because she was "helping someone." She clearly wasn't assisting anyone and was just holding up the line. Several customers behind me were equally confused. No one else stepped in to help. When she was finally done chatting with her friend after 10 minutes or so, she snarkily stated that "patient is a virtue". Insane. A complete waste of time.

  I’ve been a regular Sephora customer and have spent lots of $$ here. It’s next door to my building so I wander in when I’m stressed for some retail therapy. Some of the associates here are familiar with me (PS. Kristen is amazing. So helpful and friendly). well she wasn’t there when I went today. I’ve never been followed around a store this bad. At one point, an associate standing right next to me looking where I was looking, pretending to log inventory. I paid $89.97 for my items and left so uncomfortable. Got home and took a nap and I’m still pissed. We really need a local Ulta. Never going back.

  Came here and got my makeup done for the first time for my birthday 🥳💃🏾 my mua was Mariem and she was so sweet. She took the time to explain the process and helped me find the products that went best for my skin! The look was fabulous and I will definitely book again 💜

  I was excited to have a store in downtown BK but it’s small, nothing is ever in stock and always so SO dirty. Not to mention the staff has never been helpful. Unfortunately might be the worst Sephora I’ve ever been in and that’s really sad to say bc it’s my local one.
