  I stopped in here tonight. I am a beginner in skin care and makeup. Vanessa was extremely helpful and kind. Vanessa suggested me custom recommendations after listening to my preferences, and answered all of my questions about products for my skin type. She knew exactly what she was talking about. Very knowledgeable and personable. She made me excited to explore and confident in getting back into the makeup game. Thank you very much Vanessa! Give that gal a raise.

  I went in this week after working near by to get a new foundation due to the suntan I got on vacation. I was looking for the Prada foundation and couldn't find it so I walked up to on of the staff members. They directed me to Noah. Unfortunately they don't have Prada at the location so I opted to get color matched to what they had in store. Noah asked all the good questions. I let Noah know I had sensitive skin and we ended up in the Tower 28 Beauty section. Noah knows what she is doing. On the first try we got the right color. Then I wanted to find a blush from a brand I had previously purchased. I couldn't find it on my Sephora app and Noah let me know she had a longer list of my purchases so she was able to help me find the brand and she helped me pick out a different shade of the blush than the one I already had. Overall very good interaction with Noah. The girl at the counter, I didn't catch her name but she had a hijab, also helped me pick a birthday reward. She suggested a Korean brand named innisfree. She mentioned it was the first time innisfree was part of the birthday gifts they offered. I was super pleased with the staff I interacted with. I will definitely be back if I'm around the area.

  I genuinely hate this Sephora location. The service is always trash. I came in today for a couple specific things and decided to browse fragrance. The fragrances are kept in drawers customers clearly aren’t supposed to open themselves, so you need an employee to actually get the product for you. Cool. Except there was basically nobody servicing the fragrance area. The entire section had a few customers in it, including me, and not one employee was actually over there helping anyone. I walked in, nobody greeted me, went straight to fragrance, tested multiple perfumes, and was in the store for close to 30 minutes without anyone coming over. Meanwhile, most of the employees were congested in one completely different area of the store. And this location already has an annoying setup because there’s no obvious physical checkout counter. You basically need an employee to help you figure out where to check out. So somehow this store has created a setup where customers need staff assistance to get certain products AND to check out, while simultaneously having barely anyone available to assist you. Eventually someone came over, but by then I was already annoyed and left. If you’re going to make the store this dependent on employee assistance, then actually have employees available.

  Probably the most frustrating Sephora I’ve been to. There’s no traditional checkout, so you have to walk around trying to find an employee who can ring you up. It’s unnecessarily confusing and wastes so much time every visit. Having one clearly designated checkout area would make the experience so much better.
