  I genuinely hate this Sephora location. The service is always trash. I came in today for a couple specific things and decided to browse fragrance. The fragrances are kept in drawers customers clearly aren’t supposed to open themselves, so you need an employee to actually get the product for you. Cool. Except there was basically nobody servicing the fragrance area. The entire section had a few customers in it, including me, and not one employee was actually over there helping anyone. I walked in, nobody greeted me, went straight to fragrance, tested multiple perfumes, and was in the store for close to 30 minutes without anyone coming over. Meanwhile, most of the employees were congested in one completely different area of the store. And this location already has an annoying setup because there’s no obvious physical checkout counter. You basically need an employee to help you figure out where to check out. So somehow this store has created a setup where customers need staff assistance to get certain products AND to check out, while simultaneously having barely anyone available to assist you. Eventually someone came over, but by then I was already annoyed and left. If you’re going to make the store this dependent on employee assistance, then actually have employees available.

  Probably the most frustrating Sephora I’ve been to. There’s no traditional checkout, so you have to walk around trying to find an employee who can ring you up. It’s unnecessarily confusing and wastes so much time every visit. Having one clearly designated checkout area would make the experience so much better.

  I just wanted to buy something and it was a nightmare. There is one register now and really long lines. Also someone says “can I help you” every two seconds and they can’t help you. lol

  Terrible customer service. I was ready to check out some skincare products, but the employee at the register was chatting with a friend and told me to wait because she was "helping someone." She clearly wasn't assisting anyone and was just holding up the line. Several customers behind me were equally confused. No one else stepped in to help. When she was finally done chatting with her friend after 10 minutes or so, she snarkily stated that "patient is a virtue". Insane. A complete waste of time.
