    I recently visited Sephora to return a foundation and later realized that the item was outside of the return window. I completely understand and respect store policies, and I was not upset about being unable to make the return. What was disappointing was the way I was treated by the associate at the register, Currissa. She was extremely rude, condescending, and unnecessarily dismissive throughout the interaction. Even when delivering information that a customer may not want to hear, there is a way to do so with courtesy and professionalism. I have shopped at Sephora many times and have always had positive experiences, which is why this interaction stood out so negatively. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at Sephora. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff that kindness and respectful communication make a significant difference in the customer experience.

    I am writing to report an urgent issue regarding the behavior of one of your store managers. Today, I had a very unpleasant experience. The manager was not available or helpful for over an hour, and no one seemed willing to assist customers. I needed help with an item, but customer service did not support me, so I had to handle it myself. Later, when I went to return the item because I was given the wrong color, I witnessed something very concerning. The manager approached the cashier and told her to leave a negative comment about me simply because I was returning the item. I overheard this conversation. The cashier even questioned the manager, saying that I had done nothing wrong, but the manager insisted. I do not understand this behavior. It felt unfair and discriminatory. This situation made me very uncomfortable, and I believe it is unprofessional and unacceptable. I kindly request that you investigate this matter as soon as possible and take appropriate action. Thank you for your attention.

    I always come to this Sephora, and the team here is truly commendable—they do the best they can with what they have. Whenever I’m being helped, I notice that many customers can be rude to them or don’t always respect that the staff are already assisting others, So seeing some of these reviews is surprising—let’s give these girls a little grace sometimes retail gets overwhelming for them. It’s usually busy and often short-staffed, but the crew is still amazing nonetheless.

    I have gone to several sephora’s and this one was so alarming. One employee with a short hair puff said that I should go to a sephora that isn’t so common when I asked for a product availability and walked away then bumped me twice with no excuse me or sorry as she helped someone else, she was super rude.
