- FNFootprints in NYCJul 31, 20261.0This makes me sad to leave this. I have been coming to this store a really long time. Lately they don’t have the products or the staff is not interested in helping. I was directed to wait in an aisle and someone will come to me and I patiently waited 10 mins and everyone walked to the back and avoided eye contact even with me. If you run my phone #. I have spend 3k this year in Sephora on various products. I eventually just walked and went to Ulta Beauty and was immediately assisted. So sad to leave this!

The display stands and product shelves were very dirty, and there was trash in several areas, making the store feel neglected and poorly maintained. For a perfume and cosmetics store, cleanliness should be one of the highest priorities. I hope the management takes notice of these issues and improves the overall cleanliness and shopping experience.
