I asked to speak to a manager but they were nonchalant about the whole thing. I gave the date and they didn't try to look into at all. I'm out of state as well. I confirmed they don't check for ID or anything at this store even for a redemption of that size. I understand certain limitations that a store may have, but it's concerning that they don't care at all. I'm not saying any employee or someone connected to the store is behind it, but it just feels really weird that something like this could happen at their store and they were completely unconcerned about it. I wanted to issue a warning to others to make sure that your points haven't been used up. Had to call Sephora customer service directly and they reinstated the points but not happy with how the store handled this at all. I hope they would consider looking into when someone is making that kind of redemption in a day or something fraudulent happens at their store and they're given notice about it.
