  Loved the experience! Two lobe piercings, beautifully done, and the jewelry is gorgeous. Very professional and definitely a luxury experience — around $300 with tip, so I hope my ears are now officially priceless. 😂✨

  TLDR: lots of hidden fees The staff was absolutely amazing and supportive as I got my piercing and I think they did a great job and I’m really happy with how it turned out. However, when I originally chose to get my piercing at Ronan that was based on the pictures which showed there was an option for a $12 needle-pierced earring, in addition to the $35 piercing itself. I thought that $50 was a bit pricey but worth it for good quality service that I knew wouldn’t have any problems. However, when I get there the cheapest earring option is $68, more than I expected the entire thing to cost. I felt a little lied to that the options listed on the website weren’t actually there, but I decided that I should still carry on. However, when I go to pay, they also charge me $20 for the cleaning solution (no choice was given) and an $11 tax. On top of that, the tip I had to pay was not calculated based on the piercing itself, but based on the cost with the cleaning solution and tax. All in total I had to pay over $150 dollars when I thought it would cost around $50. The staff and service were absolutely great and I felt very cared for, but I still feel a bit scammed because I was charged so much more than it said I would be.

  Jenn and Kassidy were so kind and gave my daughter's the best experience. She was nervous but they helped her feel so comfortable and excited. 10/10 recommend for first timers
