- MPmarissa petersMay 12, 20265.0Before I even arrived , the call to the store was pleasant and all of my questions were answered nicely. Upon arriving we had a wonderful experience at Rowan. Place was clean and well organized . The front desk lady explained the procedure to me and showed me the earrings I can choose from for my daughter. The nurse Maddy was extremely nice and explained everything for us nervous parents. We pierced her ears and within minutes it was over , no long wait but no rush either as we kept our baby as comfortable as possible. Will return for my son’s first earrings as well.

Then had another piercing’s earring also fall off, only to be told nothing can be done after 30 days. If you want anything more than a basic lobe piercing - save your money and find professionals.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
