- EBElena BachApr 22, 20261.0If I could leave zero stars I would. Booked the cold and flu IV drip because I have the flu. Went all the way there for them to tell me they couldn’t do my IV because I have the flu… the description for this treatment says “ When cold or flu symptoms hit, the last thing you want is to wait days to feel better. That’s where one of our newest IV Drips comes in, designed to deliver rapid relief” LOL extremely false and confusing advertising. I even told the woman on the phone before that I had the flu and she assured me to come get this treatment. Can’t believe I got out of bed and dragged myself there for this. Extremely disappointing. I ugly cried in the waiting room for 30 minutes before I could find the energy to get myself back home. On top of that the staff was rude, offered no advice, and just stared at me when I suggested nicely that they should change their misleading description and advertising for the treatment on their website. I attached a screenshot of their website cuz WTFFFF

Both front desk (managers maybe?) were so kind, smart with their suggestions and very enjoyable to speak to. Thank you. They all need raises! :-) I would definitely recommend. No. But many of our services are booked in advance such as IV Drips, Facials and IR Sauna - so appointments are strongly recommended.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Regardless of what service or membership you’re seeking out, walk-in visits are also available at Restore on a first come first serve basis. We can also customize a treatment plan for you based on what you’re in need of addressing.
What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?

Do you accept Insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA, no insurance or CareCredit. HSA and FSA cannot be used for facial services.
