The store is conveniently located near subway and bus lines, making it easy to access. The space is a nice size, clean, and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was able to quickly get assistance from another team member when needed. The pickup process was simple and efficient—I received my item and was on my way in no time. The customer service was outstanding, and that's one of the reasons I continue to shop with Glossier. I also appreciate their clean products and prefer them for certain beauty essentials. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
