  I came in needing quite a bit of support, being someone that doesn't wear makeup very often! I needed a handful of "basics" for events and weddings that I have coming up, and Eliana was a lifesaver. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and so helpful with showing me how to best use each product without making me feel like a child hah! Can't wait to go back here, would highly recommend Eliana for any and every question you might have about skincare, makeup, etc.

  I just left the store, and I’m honestly very disappointed by the way I was treated. The woman at the counter with very short hair was extremely rude to me and this happened right in front of my boyfriend, which made it even more upsetting. I’m a local customer and regularly buy your products, so I was surprised by the treatment I received. I was simply asking a polite question about the sample applicator, which wasn’t working properly. I asked, “Is the product not coming out properly because it’s just a sample, or is it the same with the actual one?” Her response was loud, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional: “If you don’t feel it, don’t buy it then.” I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. I left the store feeling genuinely upset, and I did not deserve that kind of attitude especially as a loyal customer. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to that store or purchasing the product again!

  I appreciate credo so much but I appreciate who they hire even more. I recently connected with Dierdra there and I have never felt more taken care of. The ultimate white glove treatment. She zeros in on what you need but doesn’t try to oversell you. She cares and wants to help you shine. Very grateful for this location. I’m not kidding when I say, when I’m having a tough day, I go to CREDO for a little treat and some love from DiDi and her colleagues. What a special place!

  Super helpful staff, helped me find what I was looking for and little pressure to buy. I ended up getting a could of things which I will review elsewhere. Good selection of local, nyc based brands.
