  Forgot how snobbish and condescending Chanel SAs can be. Didn’t even open my mouth before the attitude started. Got cut off and “educated” on the priority clientele list (clearly not for peasants like me). Hard to justify spending a dime on a brand with this culture.

  I enter an establishment with an order from online I expect it to be packed and ready to go. What’s the point of ordering online? 5 people standing around doing nothing and decides to pack my order on arrival after 5 hours? Very rude and dismissive at that. Order online. Disgusting.
