Diana helped me, and she steered me toward a different product that was better for my age (I’m 70) and my existing brows. She was lovely, helpful, kind and very skilled. I left there feeling fantastic. I really recommend this spot, but especially Diana!

I also come in regularly with three young daughters and often buy product for friend’s birthdays, make up applications for their own birthday parties and bat mitzvahs, a few products for myself. I had scheduled an appointment weeks ahead of time for a brow tint and clean up with my usual service provider who is great. I come by the week before to buy a birthday gift and she lets me know she won’t be in that week as she’s on vacation but I’ll be in good hands. The day of my appointment I get a phone call less than two hours before my scheduled appointment to tell me that my service provider is out so i need to come in more than an hour later. I call back within the hour and am told that if I come in immediately that “they can try and squeeze me in” with no apology for this oversight, even after I point out in fact it was their scheduling error. I come in right away, more than 30 mins ahead of my originally scheduled time and am rudely rushed through my service with no apologies made, in fact they said I was the one “in a rush” because I wasn’t able to come in later than my scheduled appointment. I rarely post negative reviews but hopefully this helps Improving your scheduling system and customer service protocols for others moving forward. You lost a regular customer with me!

- APAnna PinchukJul 27, 20265.0First time lash tint with Maya. The entire thing was quick and easy. Maya is a lovely professional with a gentle hand, talks you through it and makes the time go fast. I felt a slight burn that intensified towards the end of the 8 minutes, you have to sit with your eyes closed as the tint sets into your lashes, but it was all worth it, lashes are darker and the tint has helped show off more of the length.

Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to

WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.

parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
