- SMSara Moreno5 days ago5.0I had such a wonderful experience at LUSH Handmade Cosmetics at Bay Plaza Mall last week! I stopped in later in the evening and was fortunate to be helped by Greta. From the moment I walked in, Greta was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for something that might work well for my daughter’s itchy skin, and she took the time to listen to my concerns and help me identify a product that would be a good fit. The product has been truly excellent, and I’m so happy with her recommendation! I also purchased their shampoo bar which smells amazing and worked really well on my curls. I sampled their Power Conditioner, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I have curly hair, and after using it, I was able to maintain my curls for three days and they still looked great! What I appreciated most about Greta was her approach. She was never pushy or made me feel pressured to purchase anything. Instead, she genuinely seemed to care about understanding my needs and helping me find products that would work for us. That kind of customer service makes such a difference. Thank you, Greta, for making my visit such a positive experience. I will definitely be returning to LUSH at Bay Plaza! 😘
