  My husband and I came into Lush for the first time today and Chai made the experience amazing! She explained everything so well, gave us great recommendations based on what we liked, and made us feel super comfortable. You can tell she really cares about helping customers. Also, the prices honestly are not bad for the quality and ingredients you’re getting. Definitely coming back!

  I visited Lush to browse and ended up buying so many products! Their products are so worth buying. Their quality is good and it has given me a glow so far. And not to mention the best customer service I’ve received by one of the staff members, Greta. Her patience and effervescent demeanor made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. She assisted me by listening to my concerns and matching me up with their unique products. My skin is glowing! Thank you Greta and Lush!

  I had such an amazing experience with Jody Chai and Alisha today at lush Bay Plaza! They were so nice to me. They were so informative. They knew exactly what smells that I was looking for and they really just made a great experience for me at Lush definitely recommended!! go shop at Lush now!!!!!!!!

  I love Lush so much! Everything about the establishment. I have been to a couple of locations and this by far is one of my favorites. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Thank you again to the two associates, especially Greta! She was so kind and patient and reminded me why I loved certain products.

  I had such a lovely experience at Lush today. The store was clean, inviting, and felt just how I remember it from years ago when I used to shop there. I originally stopped in to purchase a magnesium bar, and everything about the checkout process felt smooth and secure. Before I left, Chai, one of the associates, took the time to introduce me to a beautiful perfume. She sprayed it on a sample strip, and while I thought it was pleasant at first, I didn’t realize just how much I would fall in love with it. After leaving and running errands, I couldn’t stop thinking about the scent, it was absolutely irresistible. I ended up calling the store, and Chai kindly placed it on hold for me. When I returned later that same day, I purchased the limited edition Black Pearl perfume, and I couldn’t be happier. Chai truly has a gift, she took one look at me and somehow knew exactly what I would love. That kind of personalized, thoughtful service is rare and so appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!
