  We had such a great experience with Rowan! The space is clean, cute, and has tons of earring choices to pick from. Both of my kids got their ears pierced there, and when their earrings fell out, we went back in for help. Tai and Marissa were amazing—they were so patient and kind, and got everything back in quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

  Really unfortunate experience today and I will not be returning. I booked two appointments online, and followed every prompt and read everything that came across my screen. I booked for my 13 y/o nephew and myself. After driving an hour for confirmed appointments, I was told that they could not do my nephew because I was not a parent or legal guardian. Frustrated, I let the piercer know that none of that was illustrated online when making the appointment for the minor and she said that it was something the manager should have taken care of. I asked if she could pass the message along that they should update their policies for people booking online and then walked out to find another place to accommodate us. After sitting in the car for maybe 3-4 min, confirming another appointment at the mall for my nephew, we decided to go back in for my appointment (which it still was not time for) because the mall couldn’t do what I wanted done. We walked in and the tech was taking care of 4 other people, so we waited patiently looking at the jewelry. After about 5 min, the lady asked if I was waiting for her and I told her I would do my appt and get his done somewhere else. She walks over and asks what I would like done, which I selected online when booking the appointment, and she let me know I couldn’t have that done because that specific piercer wasn’t in that day and would be in tomorrow. Frustrated, yet again, I told her none of that was online and that I drove an hour for no reason. She told me I should have called to confirm, which to me doesn’t make sense if you are encouraging online bookings. If you are going to be that disconnected when customers arrive after booking online, please don’t offer the online service at all.

  Absolutely exceeded my expectations ! So fancy, clean and most importantly caring ! I wish I remembered the lady’s name because I would recommend her. We went for my ten year old and it couldn’t have been a better experience! And it’s the same price as tattoo shops. They really cater to you. I can’t rave about them enough. I’m never going anywhere else !

  Ty is truly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. I would come back just to have her help me again! Not only is she incredibly talented at piercing, but she also has an amazing eye for design. She helped create my entire ear setup, taking the time to walk me through different jewelry options, helping me choose my favorites, and designing a look that was perfect for me. Rowan is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ty on their team. The studio itself is absolutely adorable, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable, cared for, and excited throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to come back and add more to my collection!

  I had such a positive experience when my daughter accidentally pulled out her newly pierced earring just one week after getting her ears pierced. She was extremely upset and hysterical, and I was worried we would lose the piercing. Nurse Ty, who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, caring, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She took the time to calm my daughter down, explained everything in a reassuring way, and handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. Thanks to her expertise and gentle approach, she was able to successfully re-pierce my daughter's ear and make what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for both of us. We are so grateful for her help and exceptional care. She truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this location because of staff members like her.
